Jsou to opravdu kvalifikovan\u00ed odborn\u00edci. Jsou to i vhodn\u00ed leade\u0159i? V\u011bt\u0161ina leader\u016f, se kter\u00fdmi jsem se setkala preferovala pouze jeden styl leadershipu. Bylo to p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b t\u00edm, \u017ee zde chyb\u011bl spr\u00e1vn\u00fd vzor veden\u00ed, nedostatek zku\u0161enost\u00ed, chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed mentoring, kou\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed a tak\u00e9 sebe rozvojov\u00e9 \u0161kolen\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161inou v\u00a0mal\u00fdch anebo st\u0159edn\u011b velk\u00fdch firm\u00e1m je toto podce\u0148ovan\u00e1 v\u011bc.<\/p>\n<p>Polo\u017eme si ot\u00e1zku? Existuje ide\u00e1ln\u00ed styl leadershipu?<\/p>\n<p>Odpov\u011b\u010f zn\u00ed: jednozna\u010dn\u011b \u201eNe\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Jednotliv\u00e9 styly veden\u00ed, mus\u00edte pou\u017e\u00edt v\u017edy v kontextu dan\u00e9 situace. Bu\u010fte flexibiln\u00ed a p\u0159izp\u016fsobte sv\u016fj styl veden\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situaci. Toto je princip situa\u010dn\u00edho leadershipu a znamen\u00e1, \u017ee leader rozhoduje na z\u00e1klad\u011b kontextu situace, ve kter\u00e9 se jeho t\u00fdm \u010di jednotlivec nach\u00e1z\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Co pot\u0159ebujete k\u00a0situa\u010dn\u00edmu leadershipu?<\/p>\n<h5><strong>1. Perfektn\u00ed znalost t\u00fdmu lid\u00ed<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Bez t\u00e9to znalosti pro efektivn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed t\u00fdmu se neobejdete.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>2. Stanoven\u00ed jasn\u00e9ho c\u00edle<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Co od pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch po\u017eaduji, za co budou odpov\u011bdni a jak budu hodnotit jejich v\u00fdkon.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>3. Znalost zp\u016fsobilosti a motivace<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Mus\u00edte vyhodnotit, jak jsou zam\u011bstnanci zp\u016fsobil\u00ed tzn. jak\u00e9 maj\u00ed v\u00a0r\u00e1mci pln\u011bn\u00ed dan\u00e9ho \u00fakolu znalosti, dovednosti, odpov\u011bdnosti a jejich odhodl\u00e1ni tzn. Jsou motivov\u00e1n\u00ed? Jak\u00e9 maj\u00ed sebev\u011bdom\u00ed? Existuji \u010dty\u0159i kombinace zp\u016fsobilosti a motivace.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>N\u00edzk\u00e1 zp\u016fsobilost<\/strong>, nedostatek znalost\u00ed, ale a <strong>vysok\u00e9 odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>, motivace (Typick\u00e1 pro za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edky, nov\u00e9 \u010dleny v\u00a0t\u00fdmu, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou nad\u0161en\u00ed pro novou pr\u00e1ci). Tito nad\u0161en\u00ed za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edci pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, v\u00a0t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpadech bude vhodn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt <em>direktivn\u00ed styl<\/em> \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kdy si mana\u017ee\u0159i dr\u017e\u00ed kontrolu nad procesy a rozhodov\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ur\u010dit\u00e1 zp\u016fsobilost a n\u00edzk\u00e9 odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>. Tito zam\u011bstnanci budou pot\u0159ebovat hodn\u011b dohledu, podpory, kou\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed, naslouch\u00e1n\u00ed a empatie. Jedn\u00e1 se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o <em>konzultativn\u00ed styl veden\u00ed<\/em> \u010di kou\u010dovac\u00ed styl. Zde budete pot\u0159ebovat schopnost kl\u00e1st ot\u00e1zky, kter\u00fdm pos\u00edl\u00edte sebev\u011bdom\u00ed jednotlivc\u016f a p\u0159isp\u011bjete k rozvoji dal\u0161\u00ed iniciativy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dobr\u00e1 odborn\u00e1 znalost tzn. st\u0159edn\u011b a\u017e vysok\u00e1 zp\u016fsobilost,<\/strong> av\u0161ak prom\u011bnliv\u00e1 motivace a odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u00a0tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se jedn\u00e1 se o schopn\u00e9 ale opatrn\u00e9 jedince, kte\u0159\u00ed budou pot\u0159ebovat V\u00e1\u0161 <em>podp\u016frn\u00fd styl leadershipu<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vysok\u00e1 zp\u016fsobilost a vysok\u00e9 odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>. V\u00a0tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se jedn\u00e1 se o \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9, samostatn\u00e9 jedince, zku\u0161en\u00fd t\u00fdm, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 vysokou znalost dan\u00e9 problematiky. Pracujte s\u00a0Va\u0161im t\u00fdmem, poznejte dob\u0159e kvalitu Va\u0161eho t\u00fdmu a nezapom\u00ednejte na typologii jedinc\u016f. Nebojte se restrukturalizace t\u00fdmu. V\u011bt\u0161inou ve firm\u011b najdete jedince a vhodn\u00e9 ambasadory, motivovan\u00e9 a velmi kvalitn\u00ed spolupracovn\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed sed\u00ed v\u00a0kout\u011b a kte\u0159\u00ed V\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017eou na Va\u0161\u00ed cest\u011b k\u00a0\u00fasp\u011bchu.
